Hola!

We are Lobo: A pop up food vendor & caterer specializing in Cuban vegan food.

We graduated from culinary school with a dream of having our own restaurant.

After a family trip to Cuba, we decided to specialize in a plant based version of the cuban cuisine of Glenn’s background.

Lobo is based in Long Beach, and participates in several vegan events in the LB,OC, and LA areas. 

Why we are Vegan…

 

We have been vegan for over 3 years and the only thing we regret is not doing it sooner. Health, animal cruelty, and the environment are strong reasons why we choose this lifestyle.

We limit our use of plastic by offering compostable containers and plant plastic utensils.
